Event Manager.

We are working with a successful events company based in Singapore with a renowned presence in the region.

Trusted by clients in the region and beyond, they provide creative, marketing, and events services to businesses across various sectors.

They are now hiring an Events Manager to join their growing team in Singapore!

As an Events Manager you will manage the whole process and everything in between for events. (MICE - Conferences, exhibitions, and special events)

In this role you will:

• Take on meetings on project briefs from clients
• Build and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and venue
• Document and create project timeline, budgets, suppliers, manpower for proposals and reports (Post-event)
• Manage timeline and coordination of roles and responsibilities of events team (production crew, event executives, and temporary staff)
• Provide support and leadership/mentorship to the team

Your experience:

• 3 - 5+ years end-to-end events experience (MICE, or any related field)
• Hybrid, Live, and Virtual events
• Client-facing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications is ideal
