About the company: Global tech leader in culture & entertainment seeks talent. Their platform reaches millions globally, connecting audiences with live experiences and enabling event creator growth.

The purpose:

As a Team Lead, you'll build and direct a team to manage scalable events end-to-end, owning their P&L and development while forging local connections and representing the company. You'll also collaborate with other teams and leadership to define regional growth strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead team to drive market growth.

• Ensure team achieves quality and revenue targets through performance management.

• Define regional strategy for scalable experiences to meet KPIs (sales, customer experience, operations).

• Manage local portfolio of experiences using data.

• Negotiate and close business deals.

• Define and support experience scalability.

• Report performance regularly.

• Coach and mentor team members.

• Analyze business opportunities and processes.

Qualifications:

• Excellent proficiency in both English and French is required for this role to effectively communicate with their international teams and partners.

• Project management / consulting background.

• Experience managing complex projects.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Networking skills.

Salary: up to 50K MAD (subject to experience)
