Retained partnerships for strategic, senior and specialist hires.
For strategic, Senior roles or specialist roles, Aspire will be retained to understand your organization and requirements, consult on the role, collaborate on the brief and specifications, map the talent market and manage the selection process through to three months after the successful candidate commences employment.
Includes option for video interviews with candidates answering four key questions relevant to their role to assist in the pre-interview selection.
Our role is to meet, understand, identify, attract and engage.
As retained recruitment consultants we need to discuss each assignment specifically and gain the full picture of what you are trying to achieve. We need to understand:
you as an employer
your approach to diversity and inclusion
the skills and competencies required
the remuneration and benefits
the training and career opportunities
how the role fits into the organization
when you need the talent in place
the impact of missing your deadline
your selection process
how you will make recruitment decisions
how you onboard new talent
With this information we then start to map the candidate market and identify the talent using our database of over 350,000 candidates, a dedicated member of the Talent Hub who seek out new talent via advertising and LinkedIn and from referrals, recommendations and networking.
We also target specific passive candidates from a variety of sources such as, but not limited to, our database, LinkedIn and in particular from networking, referrals and proactively targeting relevant candidates in agreed target companies
All candidates are thoroughly and consistently assessed according to the agreed criteria and profiles created.
All shortlisted candidates will also provide structured videos answering four key questions that you have posed to assist in the shortlisting process.
By understanding everything about your role combined with the motivations and needs of the candidate we are able to act as your employer brand ambassador and attract the candidates to your role.
We will require all employer branding and career material you have to offer or can create on your behalf.
With the candidate now enthused by the role we gain their permission to represent them and introduce them to your organization.
The candidate experience is key so as we engage them into the process it is vital we work in partnership as the candidate moves through the various stages of the process.
We will organize the interviews, provide and pass on feedback, manage the offer process, counsel the candidate through resignation, check them on their first day and stay in contact with both parties for the initial three months as part of the onboarding process.
