The role: Marketing & Events Executive

About the company:

The company focuses on enriching the Trading Card Games (TCG) scene by delivering engaging content and building community. They bring exciting narratives and characters to players, fostering a vibrant local TCG environment and deepening fan connections to these imaginative worlds.

Responsibilities

• Manage English & Traditional Chinese social media (calendar, copywriting, content - Facebook, Instagram, X, website).

• Collaborate with Japan counterparts for timely info sharing and global promotional alignment.

• Plan, run, and report on paid digital advertising.

• Support Marketing Manager with ad-hoc tasks (KOL engagement, PR, monthly reports, etc.).

• Track and manage the yearly promotional budget.

• Assist in APAC event coordination (partner liaison, logistics, budget, activities)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.

• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Able to handle various responsibilities simultaneously and excel in a rapid setting.

• Willing to travel and work weekends for events.

• Only Singaporeans & PR.

Salary: up to $3,300 (depending on experience)
