Most cybersecurity events are the same: exhibition halls, sales pitches, and crowded panels.
This isn't one of them.
We're building a new kind of cybersecurity, AI and emerging technology event - focused on real conversations, curated experiences, and meaningful 1:1 meetings between senior leaders.
No exhibition halls.
No generic panels.
Just high-quality discussions with the people shaping the future of security, AI, robotics and technology.
Backed by $1M+ in funding, we're preparing to launch our flagship event and are looking for someone to own the agenda, recruit world-class speakers, and shape the voice of the event from day one.
You'll be the person behind the ideas, speakers and conversations that make the event worth attending.
That means:
🧠 Designing the conference agenda from scratch
🎙 Recruiting senior speakers - CISOs, CTOs, founders, AI researchers, robotics leaders
📈 Identifying the big themes across cybersecurity, AI, robotics and emerging tech
🤝 Building relationships with industry leaders year-round
🗣 Producing sessions including keynotes, panels, workshops and roundtables
💡 Turning complex technical topics into sessions people actually want to attend
👥 Working closely with sales and marketing so the programme supports growth
This is a startup role, so you'll have real ownership over the programme and how the event evolves.
You might be a conference producer, content lead, or speaker booker who has worked on technology events.
Helpful background:
✔ 5+ years in conference production, agenda development, or speaker acquisition
✔ Experience securing senior speakers (CISOs, tech leaders, founders, policymakers)
✔ Familiarity with cybersecurity, AI, robotics, or enterprise technology
✔ Ability to turn complex subjects into engaging sessions
✔ Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
Fully remote.
£80,000-£90,000 salary
