Aspire Middle East is partnering with a leading creative events agency based in Dubai to hire an experienced Event Producer. This bold and innovative agency is known for pushing the boundaries of event design, brand activations, and experiential marketing. They create unforgettable experiences for some of the world's top brands, and now, they're looking for someone exceptional to join their team.

We are seeking an experienced Event Producer with a strong background in event management and creative production. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of high-profile events, from RFP stages through to flawless delivery. You'll collaborate closely with designers, creatives, project managers, and clients to make every event a standout success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of events, from concept development, budgeting, and vendor coordination to on-site execution.
• Partner with creative, design, and production teams to develop innovative event concepts aligned with client goals.
• Manage the RFP process, including crafting proposals, budgets, and presentations for competitive submissions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Coordinate event logistics, venue sourcing, production schedules, and technical requirements.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost optimisation through strong vendor negotiation.
• Identify and mitigate potential event risks through proactive planning.
• Lead on-site event execution, managing teams to deliver outstanding results.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Event Manager, Producer, or Creative Producer within the events industry.
• Strong experience with RFP preparation, proposal writing, and client pitching.
• Experience managing corporate events, brand activations, and exhibitions.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
• Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost control.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• A calm, solutions-driven approach to working under pressure.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
