Aspire is excited to be partnering with a growing experience agency based in Singapore.

We are looking to hire a very experienced Executive Producer, to join their buzzing team!

This opportunity will bring you the chance to work with big brands on major projects, whilst being a part of an entrepreneurial team.

If you'd like to be a part of this exciting venture and take pride in your event management skill set, we want to hear from you! This is a hands on role where you will be tasked to work on multiple client events, which include conferences and special events. You will be a fantastic communicator, passionate about client experience and customer service.

THE ROLE

You will have a strong operational understanding and practical experience in event logistics and management.

Collaborate closely with all departments to develop and be responsible for event requirements and deliverables.
Coordinate with the venue, planning and managing all aspect of the event.
Act as a point of contact for clients while an event is taking place.
Manage high touch events & acts as Lead Event Manager on global events involving multi-region support

ALL ABOUT YOU:

5 - 7+ years' event management experience.
Experience managing multiple projects.
Client facing experience.
Ability to coordinate and lead a small project management team.

Your Profile:

Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills
Adaptable and creative with the ability to problem solve
Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management skills
Able to work independently and in a team
