HR Manager (Part time).

Are you a HR manager looking for a part time role? Our client are a fantastic B2B exhibitions business, creating some world renowned Technology and Healthcare exhibitions.

They are looking to hire a part time generalist HR manager for 3 days a week in their Singapore office. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable within HR policy for Singapore, a strong team player and have a positive attitude.

The Role:

• Supporting the Singapore team on HR related matters
• Aligning with the UK team of HR policy and process
• Ensuring compliance with MOM regulations
• Supporting the HR director with global initiatives such as a new HR system, along with L&D and D&I initiatives
• Building relationships with managers across the business and coaching on people related matters and best practice
• Updating the employee handbook
• Overseeing the EP application process where required
• Overseeing payroll
• Recruitment admin where necessary
• Identifying training needs
• Delivery of HR process throughout the employee lifecycle

Your Experience:

• Proven experience within a generalist HR capacity in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of Singapore employment law and employee relations
• Comfortable working with HR systems
