The role: Account Director (Sales & Project Management)

The team is seeking a Project manager to join the growing team. This role is pivotal in transforming creative concepts into unforgettable, live experiences. You'll be responsible for managing projects from initial brief through to flawless execution, working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Your Impact:

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Oversee all stages of event production for seamless execution.

• Client Relationship Management: Build strong client partnerships and deliver compelling proposals.

• Teamwork: Foster effective communication and collaboration across all teams.

• Process & Quality Control: Implement and maintain efficient processes for consistent, high-quality output.

• Financial & Business Acumen: Manage budgets and contribute to business growth through proposal development.

Your Expertise:

• 8+ years of experience in event production, ideally within an agency or client-side environment.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver exceptional results.

• Strong client-facing skills.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and resilience when handling diverse responsibilities.

• Experience in content, live or experiential events.

• A keen eye for detail and quality management.
