Role: Events Executive / Manager

Location: Singapore

Salary: S$3,500 - S$4,500 per month

Pre-Event Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with the organizing committee to develop a comprehensive event operations plans.
• Conduct detailed site inspections and vendor assessments.
• Assist in managing event budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Oversee the procurement of all event-related materials and equipment.
• Assist in developing detailed event day schedules and run-of-show documents.
• Lead coordination with all event vendors and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.

Event Execution:

• Manage on-site event operations teams.
• Oversee event setup, audio-visual equipment, and furniture.
• Ensure adherence to event timelines and schedules.
• Assist to lead event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and guest services.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain open communication with the client throughout the event.

Post-Event Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare event reports, including financial summaries and attendee feedback.
• Support event invoicing and payment processing.
• Assist to develop and implement process improvements for future events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in event operations or management
• Proven ability to manage complex events with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
