Sales Manager (Events).

Our client that specialises in organising exhibitions, conferences and special events is looking to bring on-board a Project Manager to join their team.

Role: Project Manager (Events)

Location: Singapore

Salary: S$4,000 - S$5,000 per month

Responsibilities

- Account servicing and ensuring excellent customer service

- Planning, implementation and execution of all aspects of the event

- Co-ordinate/liaise with service providers and vendors to ensure delivery of tasks

- Promotion of the exhibition/conference, marketing plan and implementation within the allocated budget

- Budget planning and management

- Develop business strategies

- Strong sense of client servicing and marketing/communications for projects

- Build, maintain and support relationships with partners and associations/organisation network

- Working closely with internal teams and clients to achieve the given KPIs (sales, operations, marketing)

- Conducting of content research and development when required

- Keen interest in expanding one's role to be an all-encompassing Manager

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in exhibitions, events, trade shows, and conferences

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good knowledge in costing, quality control, resource planning and on-site operations

- Exhibit team leadership and able to motivate and guide team members

- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
