Are you a dedicated Operations and HR manager looking for your next role? Our client is a fantastic creative marketing agency with a global footprint and a good culture and they are looking for an Operations and HR manager to join their team in Singapore.
The Role as Operations and HR Manager
- Oversight of Singapore operations from an organisational standpoint
- Managing 1-2 team members on their work across operations, HR and finance
- Implementing HR policies and processes where required
- Some duties around payroll/finance where necessary
- Developing a solid L&D plan that supports continuous growth, along with scheduling the training for team members
- Overseeing onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Scheduling time sheets and assisting on team resourcing
- Developing employee engagement initiatives to encourage a positive work environment
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regular contact with MOM
- Monitoring and reporting on HR metrics
- Keeping on top of industry trends from an employee engagement angle
Your Experience and profile as a Operations and HR Manager:
- A minimum of 5 years of operations and HR experience, ideally 7-10 years
- Experience working in an agency environment is beneficial
- Excellent skills on Excel and ability to keep track of data
- Extremely organised
- Excellent communicator
- Quick thinker and problem solver
- Able to work individually and in a team
