Finance and People Manager.

Are you a hands-on, detail-driven accounting and HR professional with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an APAC Finance & HR Manager to join our global team and serve as a key player in supporting our business operations across the Asia-Pacific region.

In this role, you'll take the lead in all things finance from daily accounting and month-end close to treasury management and forecasting while also overseeing critical HR functions like payroll, recruiting and benefits administration.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle accounting, including order processing, invoicing, collections, and disbursements.
• Own the month-end close process and prepare accurate P&L reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Collaborate on budget planning and financial forecasting with global and regional teams.
• Manage weekly cash flow forecasting and treasury functions.
• Partner with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Drive HR operations across APAC - including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure consistency in HR practices and compliance

Your Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA/MBA/CMA preferred.
• 5-7 years in a finance/accounting role, including experience leading an accounting function.
• Some exposure in HR (recruiting, payroll, employee relations).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IAS, cash forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Tech savy with a continuous improvement mindset.
