Client Account Manager
London | Hybrid Working
Are you a client-focused media professional ready to take the next step within a high-performing, independent and collaborative agency?
I am looking looking for an experienced client services professional to join the team as a Client Account Manager who thrives on delivering commercial impact, building strong relationships, and working across multi-disciplinary teams.
You will be the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns and outstanding service.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive commercial growth while maintaining strong client satisfaction
- Turn briefs into clear, actionable plans aligned to the client's campaign vision
- Manage resource planning and ensure accurate, timely reporting
- Lead client and internal meetings with clear expectations and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate closely with Planning and Activation teams to maximise opportunities and ensure smooth campaign execution
- Coach and support junior team members while acting as a key client contact
- Ensure smooth cross-team collaboration across meetings, deliverables and workflow
- Align internal teams to client engagement plans and annual roadmaps
- Deploy specialists where required to support client communications
About you:
- 2-3 years' experience within a media or marketing agency
- Strong experience managing client relationships
- Experience overseeing or mentoring at least one colleague
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-aware, collaborative and committed to team success
- A genuine passion for media and its role in driving business performance
