We're partnering with a premium menswear retailer with strong brand heritage and a growing international footprint. As digital investment accelerates, they're looking for a commercially minded Paid Social Manager to take full responsibility for paid social performance.

With a £10m annual budget, this role sits at the heart of customer acquisition and revenue growth. You'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, test new channels, scale what works, and directly influence commercial performance.

This isn't about maintaining campaigns.
It's about owning them.

The Role

You'll lead paid social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms, driving acquisition and revenue across the UK, US and EU markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Owning and optimising a £10m paid social budget
* Developing and executing acquisition strategies aligned to revenue targets
* Managing forecasting, campaign P&L and detailed performance reporting
* Leading structured testing across audiences, creative, placements and formats
* Driving influencer and creator-led paid campaigns
* Managing external marketing agencies - briefing clearly, setting performance expectations and holding them accountable
* Collaborating with creative, ecommerce and senior leadership teams
* Presenting insight-led recommendations to senior stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

✔ Confident and actively seeking autonomy to manage paid social for a brand
✔ Highly experienced across Meta, TikTok and the broader paid social ecosystem
✔ Comfortable managing agencies and briefing them appropriately
✔ Commercially sharp with strong analytical and Excel skills
✔ Experienced in ecommerce (product feeds, attribution, performance metrics)
✔ Confident presenting results and influencing decision-makers
✔ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced retail environment
