The Role - Marketing Manager (Events)

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support business objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.

• Manage social media strategy, creating engaging content and optimizing performance.

• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including website content, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.

• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.

• Plan events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience (5 years) as a Marketing Manager.

• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and analytics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Proficiency in marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

• Experience in the events industry is highly desirable.
