Job Purpose:

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive attendance, exhibitor participation, and sponsorship for our events. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and carry out multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social), adapting globally, managing timelines/budgets, and creating marketing materials.

• Manage social media, optimize website SEO, run email campaigns, and analyze performance.

• Align marketing with sales/operations, partner with media, and manage vendors.

• Research markets, monitor competitors, and report on campaign effectiveness.

• Provide on-site marketing and assist with post-event reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the events industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and software.

• Fluency in Japanese is highly beneficial for this role, as it involves direct interaction with Japanese-speaking clients.
