Senior Conference Producer (Energy).

Our client is a leading B2B events and publishing company with a global presence across APAC, UAE, Europe, and the US.

They are now hiring a Senior Conference Producer to join their Singapore team!

In this role, you will report to the Vice President and will play an integral part in developing and producing their Energy Portfolio.

You will be in charge of the production and content strategy while working closely with event directors for project management to ensure successful product delivery.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with Conference Chair/s and Steering Committee members to set conference themes, topics, session chairs, and speakers.
• Participate in conferences to promote your events, gather market insights, and network with potential speakers and delegates, fostering relationships before and after the conference.
• Perform phone and in-person research with prospective attendees in the target market for each event in order to shape program agendas.
• Conduct research and deliver strategic information necessary for marketing and promoting each conference.
• Conduct and present sales briefings to ensure teams meet targets and effectively communicate key messages.
• Work closely with the event operations team to guarantee a high-quality onsite conference experience for all attendees at every event.

Your experience and skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in a conference-producing role (Energy background is a plus)
• Confident in speaking and attending meetings with senior industry professionals
• Strong networking and research skills
• Additional language is a plus
