About the role:

Th team is seeking an events manager to join their growing team. This is an important role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of diverse MICE projects.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of multiple MICE projects simultaneously, ensuring all project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.

• Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and translating their objectives into successful event strategies.

• Oversee logistical aspects, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, contract management and on-site event coordination.

• Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.

• Work closely with our internal teams (e.g., production, creative) and external partners to deliver a high-quality experience.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, including live, hybrid and virtual event technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in the MICE, events or hospitality industry.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion.

• Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

• A natural problem-solver who can remain calm under pressure.

• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• A passion for the events industry.
