Production Manager (Events).

About the role:

We are seeking a producer to lead the development and execution of our client's experiential events. You will be ensuring the delivery of high quality events from the start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of event production from pre production logistics, vendor management, on site execution and post event.

• Develop and manage comprehensive event budgets, identify opportunities for revenue generation and achieve strategic goals.

• Create and oversee production timelines.

• Collaborate with internal teams, departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of the event.

• Venue research & booking, admin tasks - securing permits, insurance requirements and expense reports and invoices.

• Travelling required.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in the event production industry.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.

• Strategic and innovative mindset.

• Experience in vendor negotiations and managing detailed budgets.

• Strong network of trusted vendors and venues.

• Understanding of technical production and a basic knowledge permitting processes.
