Aspire is hiring on behalf of a leading exhibitions and events company in KSA. With a strong focus on precision, strategy, and craftsmanship, they take concepts from the drawing board and deliver world-class events that engage, inspire, and leave a lasting impression.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of exhibition stand and event projects. This role requires close collaboration with clients, sales, design, QS, and production teams to ensure the seamless design, construction, and installation of projects that meet client objectives and uphold the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full life-cycle of exhibition and event projects, from concept through to on-site delivery.
Coordinate with design, production, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
Review technical drawings and project designs, ensuring feasibility and accuracy before production.
Handle procurement in coordination with purchasing, ensuring materials and resources are accounted for.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project.
Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of internal teams and external service providers.
Attend and participate in client and subcontractor meetings.
Ensure quality control and oversee installation, handover, and any post-event requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, event management, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience managing exhibition stand or event projects, ideally in a senior project management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing designers, vendors, and contractors.
Flexibility to travel within KSA or internationally for projects.
