We are exclusively partnered with one of the worlds most recognized Agricultural companies. Distinguished by its culture and exceptional client service, this company has been shaping the agricultural world for over 200 years.
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their diverse team in heading APAC, where you will play a vital role in managing the company's commercial and brand performance across a portfolio of international markets within Asia. You will work hand in hand with some of the worlds most renowned chefs across exquisite restaurants across APAC.
This is a client facing role, where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing partnerships, achieving commercial goals, and expanding brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for leading client relationships and will find yourself with the following responsibilities:
- Drive Commercial Performance: Lead in-market partnerships and joint business planning to achieve sales targets
- Expand Branded Presence: Develop strategies to grow brand presence in international markets
- Strong Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, customers, and stakeholders
- Business Development: Continuously analyse market landscapes, identify new business opportunities, and optimize performance
- Ownership Mentality: Act as a business owner, understanding the pressures, requirements, and maintaining a focus on driving outstanding performance.
- Collaborative Approach: Emphasize teamwork
- Customer Focus: Develop a deep understanding of distributors and customers
Your Experience:
- A minimum of 6 years experience in sales and business development, preferably in the food or agricultural industry, with a focus on international markets.
- Strong understanding of commercial performance metrics, brand management, and partnership dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of tasks, and driving results.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a track record of innovation.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Salary Range : S$140k - S$160k
