We are working with a leading international tech client that offers electronic commerce solutions. They are looking for a Programmatic Partnership's Manager to join their fast-growing team here in Singapore.

You will be responsible for maximizing the company's programmatic revenue through programmatic partnerships and demand optimization in India and the wider APAC region.

This role will play a key part in creating, maintaining, and sustaining strategic partnership relationships with DSPs, SSPs, networks, exchanges etc. You will empower partners and their advertisers to work with the company by educating and consulting them on how to leverage the audiences, measurement, and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for programmatic revenue growth in in India and APAC
  • Manage and grow programmatic partners to drive higher demand in region
  • Provide day-to-day partner support, including but not limited to evaluating new channel or integration upgrades, exploring business opportunities etc
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities and drive programmatic business development
  • Oversee contract negotiations and integrations for new partners
  • Drive strategy and product innovation by collecting detailed market feedback and working closely with various internal teams
  • Work with Ad ops and product marketing to help define features and drive enhancements on the company's platforms.
  • Act as liaison between named programmatic partners and key internal stakeholders (legal, marketing, product, finance, etc).
  • Articulate and differentiate company's programmatic offering in the marketplace
  • Be the programmatic expert and evangelist in region, acting as a leader, coach, and advocate of programmatic and being the go-to person for industry trends and insights

You'll have:

  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent (Preferably in business, mathematics or computer science being a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the online advertising industry (i.e ad serving, programmatic)
  • More than 7 years of experience in digital sales management or account management
  • Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and programmatic trends
  • Strong contacts across the digital and programmatic community in India and wider APAC region
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, and a high-performance individual with ability to learn.
  • Good relationship-building skills and ability to show value to clients
  • Ability to travel up to 30% depending on project status
