A leading global organisation that supports the World's leading brands with their comprehensive technology and service offerings that brings together the Data, Insights, and Advisory needed to inform a forward thinking digital retail strategy is looking for a Head of Sales, APAC to join their fast growing team in Singapore.

Role: Head of Sales, APAC

Function: Sales (New Business)

Reporting to: VP of Customer Growth (Global)

Direct Reports: Business Development Executive and Business Development Representative

Location: Singapore

Overview

• A Sales leader to oversee the Sales and Customer Growth Team in APAC

• A great opportunity for an experienced commercial lead

Accountabilities

• Create and run the sales and customer growth strategy in APAC

• Manage a team (Business Development Manager and Executive) to ensure that the monthly/quarterly sales targets is met

• Manage a forecast for both the renewal and net logo aspects of the role

• Liaise with the marketing team to ensure alignment on overall sales strategy

• Ensure the team has the support to succeed (deal coaching, sales process guidance)

• Establishment of key KPIs needed in the region to ensure success

Skills, experience & qualifications required

• Experience leading a commercial team successfully

• 5+ years of leadership experience

• Digital Commerce experience is a plus

• Adept at sales processes and coaching

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

• Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment

• Ability to work collaboratively cross functionally

• Ability to identify new business opportunities and create the strategy to go after them
