Enterprise Account Manager.

An early-stage, high-growth Supply Chain Technology business delivering innovative SaaS solutions to enterprise clients across the UK and Europe. The company operates within the supply chain and operations space, supporting senior stakeholders with technology that drives efficiency, visibility and performance across global operations.
This is a purely Account Management position focused on managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients worth £1M+ in annual revenue.
You will take full commercial ownership of your accounts, driving retention, expansion, and long-term strategic value. This is not a new business or Sales Manager role - the focus is on developing existing relationships and increasing account value.
The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, comfortable managing complex enterprise stakeholders, and experienced within supply chain SaaS or operations technology environments.
Own and manage a £1M+ enterprise account portfolio
Drive account retention and multi-year renewals
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Develop strategic account plans to maximise growth
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Deliver commercial reviews and performance insights
Forecast revenue and manage pipeline accurately
Travel across the UK and Europe to maintain client relationships
3-6 years' experience in Enterprise Account Management
Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain Technology
Background in SaaS or subscription-based commercial models
Proven success managing high-value enterprise accounts
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on growth and expansion
Experience working in a scale-up or fast-growth business preferred
Comfortable with UK & Europe travel
Commercially astute and growth-focused
Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills
Comfortable operating in an early-stage, evolving environment
Mid-level professional ready to own and grow enterprise accounts
