We are recruiting for an Enterprise Account Manager to cover APAC region to be based in Bangalore/Bengaluru.

The Account Manager is an essential driver of customer success and revenue generation for the existing customer base. The sales team is looking for a motivated person to ensure a seamless renewal experience. This includes building and nurturing relationships across the customer's organisation to expand the use of products and services. We are seeking a collaborative team player that will work closely with the account team to ensure a positive customer experience.

Their goal is to efficiently drive customer renewals and expansions toward multi-year terms.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver renewals bookings exceeding quota

  • Negotiate complex renewal contracts

  • Increase customer retention with regular cadence of tactical meetings and

strategic quarter business reviews

  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of the value proposition

and most recent capabilities

  • Educate customers on the entire product and services portfolio

  • Build and maintain successful relationships with key contacts at our

customer accounts

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Effectively leverage internal resources to help maintain a high level of

customer satisfaction and address any potential customer issues

  • Provide timely and actionable insight back into the broader organisation

including Sales Leadership, Field Sales, Product Management, and

Marketing

  • Maintain an accurate forecast and opportunity management within

salesforce.com

  • Comfortable managing many accounts and projects

Required experience/skills

  • Experience closing complex business transactions with multiple approval

levels

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience

interacting with the business and procurement sides of large organisations.

  • Extensive understanding of the Financial Services sector

  • Solutions sales mentality with a strong focus on customer success

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Comfortable interacting with the C-Suite and closing six figure transactions

  • Strong forecast accuracy

  • Ability to thrive in a high growth, rapidly changing environment

  • Salesforce.com experience preferred or equivalent systems experience

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as contribute to a team

  • Ability to multi-task and to quickly change pace on a moment's notice

  • High level of accountability; willing to take ownership and solve problems

  • Strong communicator; places a high value on customer service

  • Dedication to excellent customer service, timeliness, and the ability to

perform under tight deadlines

  • Team player that understands success rests on helping others to be

successful.

  • Passionate about the business, products and customers, and driven to succeed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a Sales and/or Account Management and/or Renewals role in

Enterprise Software

  • Education: MBA degree from top Institute in India

  • Experience driving technology adoption with customers

  • Fluent in current technology sales for hardware, software, and/or cloud
