Enterprise Account Manager.

We are recruiting for an Enterprise Account Manager to cover APAC region to be based in Bangalore/Bengaluru.
The Account Manager is an essential driver of customer success and revenue generation for the existing customer base. The sales team is looking for a motivated person to ensure a seamless renewal experience. This includes building and nurturing relationships across the customer's organisation to expand the use of products and services. We are seeking a collaborative team player that will work closely with the account team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Their goal is to efficiently drive customer renewals and expansions toward multi-year terms.
Responsibilities:
Consistently deliver renewals bookings exceeding quota
Negotiate complex renewal contracts
Increase customer retention with regular cadence of tactical meetings and
strategic quarter business reviews
Maintain comprehensive understanding of the value proposition
and most recent capabilities
Educate customers on the entire product and services portfolio
Build and maintain successful relationships with key contacts at our
customer accounts
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Effectively leverage internal resources to help maintain a high level of
customer satisfaction and address any potential customer issues
Provide timely and actionable insight back into the broader organisation
including Sales Leadership, Field Sales, Product Management, and
Marketing
Maintain an accurate forecast and opportunity management within
salesforce.com
Comfortable managing many accounts and projects
Required experience/skills
Experience closing complex business transactions with multiple approval
levels
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience
interacting with the business and procurement sides of large organisations.
Extensive understanding of the Financial Services sector
Solutions sales mentality with a strong focus on customer success
Strong organisational skills
Comfortable interacting with the C-Suite and closing six figure transactions
Strong forecast accuracy
Ability to thrive in a high growth, rapidly changing environment
Salesforce.com experience preferred or equivalent systems experience
Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as contribute to a team
Ability to multi-task and to quickly change pace on a moment's notice
High level of accountability; willing to take ownership and solve problems
Strong communicator; places a high value on customer service
Dedication to excellent customer service, timeliness, and the ability to
perform under tight deadlines

successful.

Qualifications:
5+ years in a Sales and/or Account Management and/or Renewals role in
Enterprise Software
Education: MBA degree from top Institute in India
Experience driving technology adoption with customers
Fluent in current technology sales for hardware, software, and/or cloud
