Business Development Manager.

An opportunity now exists for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client, a growing experiential agency in Singapore.

In this role, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the company by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the MICE industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MICE sector.
• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored event solutions.
• Leading the proposals and pitch presentations.
• Work hand in hand with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of events.
• Present business strategies and innovative event solutions to senior-level clients.
• Knowledgeable on industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions to identify new business prospects.
• Achieving sales and revenue targets contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
• Manage the full sales cycle starting from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing deals.

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the MICE industry or related sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of the MICE industry and a network of contacts within the sector.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
