Sales Director.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Director, to lead commercial growth across our client's leading events, including the management of sponsorship and exhibition sales for a portfolio of high-profile regional events. Based in Singapore, this is a senior, hands-on role responsible for delivering revenue targets, developing key client relationships, and expanding our presence throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
The ideal candidate is a confident sales leader with a consultative approach, strong media and event sales experience, and a deep understanding of the APAC business landscape.
Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
Lead both new business development and key account management across the APAC region.
Sell across a wide range of solutions, including digital media, data, event sponsorships, and other content.
Manage pipelines, sales forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams such as Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
Promote the value of our APAC events to clients and agencies, highlighting competitive advantages and market relevance.
Oversee and support the regional sales team, driving performance and collaboration with international counterparts.
10+ years' experience in business development and account management, and 5+ years in media and event sales.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Deep understanding of the APAC region and established industry networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments and regions.
Willingness to travel as required.
