Our client a leading music entertainment company is looking for a strategic leader to help drive music publishing growth across Asia's emerging markets starting with Southeast Asia. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive market development strategies across Southeast Asia and other emerging territories
• Build partnerships with publishers, platforms, brands, and creative agencies
• Secure sync, licensing, and direct monetization opportunities
• Collaborate on regional songwriting camps and artist initiatives
• Sign independent publishers and labels to grow the creative roster
• Represent the company at industry events and in strategic forums

What You Bring:

• 7-8 years of experience in music publishing, A&R, licensing and business development
• Proven track record of monetizing music rights and building commercial partnerships
• Deep understanding of copyright, rights management, and digital platforms
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
