Responsibilities

As the Director, you will be responsible for independently managing and leading international exhibitions and ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Project Management

• Lead and oversee the project team in managing client and partner engagements
• Review and approve high-level deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
• Implement engagement reviews and quality assurance process for all aspects of the project
• Develop and run strategic objectives that align with the company's overall vision and goals
• Enforce and uphold standard policies, procedures, and best practices in project management
• Plan, implement, and oversee all phases of the exhibition, ensuring meticulous execution from inception to completion
• Manage the project budget effectively, ensuring alignment with financial expectations, including profitability analysis, revenue tracking, cost control, and margin optimization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, managing administrative functions to facilitate seamless project execution
• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to achieve project objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's targets

Business Development

• Provide strategic leadership and direction throughout the sales cycles
• Oversee the development and successful execution of assigned exhibitions and events
• Work with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

Communication & Client Relationship Management

• Effectively communicate key project updates and strategic insights to internal teams and senior management
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

Leadership and Team Management

• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring excellence in all aspects of project execution
• Drive innovation and champion change by implementing new strategies and best practices
• Foster a cooperative team environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth
• Oversee the development and performance management of team members, ensuring alignment with company objectives

Other Responsibilities

• Undertake any additional assignments or special projects as assigned by the company
