Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager.

Our client is a globally respected energy association and they are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts across key Asia Pacific markets. If you're a strategic thinker, a natural team leader, and a sales expert with a track record of success in international sponsorship and event sales, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Drive sponsorship and exhibition sales across major events
• Maintain long-term client relationships with key accounts while developing new business accounts
• Partner with top-tier energy companies to craft tailored and high-impact solutions
• Lead a team of 2-3 sales staffs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
• Represent the APAC region in global strategy discussions.

About you:

• 8-10 years experience in sponsorship, exhibition, or event sales (With more than 3 years in leadership)
• Strong client relationship and business development experience
• A consultative and solution-oriented sales style
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malay or Mandarin will be a plus
