Conference Producer.

They are now seeking a talented Conference Producer to join their APAC team and take ownership of the full production cycle for industry-leading events across the region.
As Conference Producer - APAC, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and executing world-class conferences, awards and summits. You'll work closely with editorial, marketing, sponsorship, and operations teams to ensure each event delivers timely, relevant, and commercially successful content to a senior-level audience.
This is a content-focused role ideal for someone who understands the financial industry landscape, thrives on intellectual curiosity, and is skilled at building programs that resonate with both delegates and sponsors.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify key trends, issues, and thought leaders.
Develop compelling and relevant conference agendas tailored to financial professionals in APAC.
Secure high-caliber speakers and moderators from across the financial services industry.
Identify, approach, and confirm senior-level speakers (C-suite, regulators, investors, etc.).
Build long-term relationships with industry leaders, advisory boards, and associations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align content strategy with business goals.
Oversee the end-to-end production cycle for each event, from concept to on-site (or online) delivery.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure content supports delegate acquisition and sponsorship.
Maintain timelines, speaker communications, and deliverables with precision
Minimum 2 years of experience in conference production, content development, or a related B2B events role.
Strong understanding of financial services, particularly within APAC markets.
Proven ability to research markets, write conference agendas, and recruit high-level speakers.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Experience with both live and digital event formats is a plus.
