Aspire has partnered with a renowned global Marketing, PR and Communications agency recognised for its authentic approach to developing groundbreaking concepts and executing high-impact campaigns to elevate brands.

We are hiring an Account Director specialising in Beauty industry communications, marketing, and PR. In this role, you will lead the dedicated Beauty PR and Marketing team, overseeing a talented group of Account Managers and Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a dedicated Beauty PR and Marketing team, including roles across various levels such as Account Managers and Executives.
• Utilise your experience with Beauty brands and/or Retail brands to develop innovative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the earned media landscape and influencer marketing within the Beauty industry.
• Deliver campaign work and collaborate with cross-channel teams on integrated campaign initiatives.
• Act as a natural problem solver, fostering effective working relationships with clients and colleagues, and collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of senior-level experience in marketing, PR, or related field.
• Previous experience working with Beauty and Wellness brands is highly desirable.
• Agency-side experience is preferable but not necessary.
• Excellent understanding of regional marketing trends and consumer behaviour.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver successful campaigns.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Arabic is preferable but not necessary.
