As Senior Sales Manager, you'll play a vital role in the managing and building of key accounts by cultivating strong relationships that result in sales opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

• Managing a portfolio of key accounts with five and six-figure contract value efficiently.
• Cultivating strong relationships with senior stakeholders through a consultative approach.
• Achieving and exceeding agreed show and personal revenue profit targets.
• Undertaking research to understand the market objectives and aims of your client base.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop them into long-term relationships.
• Take on leadership and support of leadership roles as well as be open to mentoring early career individuals.
• Attend events and liaise with sponsor clients to ensure their contract is fulfilled and all their concerns and needs are met.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

• Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Proven experience in B2B conference and exhibition sponsorship sales in the energy sector.
• 5-6 years of experience of proven experience in senior responsibility for sales targets, consistently meeting and exceeding these targets.

• Job-Specific Skills: Excellent Sales Ability, Pipeline Management and Forecasting, Sales Planning, and Business Insights.
• Behavioural Competencies: Customer-focused, cooperative and pioneering.
