Senior Marketing Manager.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll own the marketing function in a hands-on leadership role, driving growth for the business, taking a flagship SaaS product to market at a pivotal moment of growth.

The Role:

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for a core product, driving awareness, demand and sales pipeline
• Own the full marketing plan and strategy, with direct influence at the leadership level and a seat at the table reporting into the CEO
• Build, manage and inspire a small, high-performing internal team of 2
• Drive demand generation through digital, events, partnerships, SEO, and email marketing
• Be the face of the brand at conferences, trade shows and industry events, presenting, networking and building credibility in the market
• Work closely with Sales, Product and Customer teams to align messaging, positioning and pipeline goals
• Take full ownership of the marketing budget, performance tracking and ROI
• Use AI and modern marketing tools to accelerate content creation and lead generation
• Create compelling sales collateral and enable the sales team to win

The Candidate:

• A true builder, someone who thrives in hands-on marketing environments and enjoys creating momentum
• Currently operating at the Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager level and ready to step into a role with real ownership
• Strong B2B SaaS or tech marketing background
• Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how marketing directly fuels sales growth
• Confident and credible communicator who enjoys being front-and-centre for a brand
• Comfortable speaking at events, presenting to senior stakeholders and representing the company externally
• Commercially minded, proactive and driven, with the energy to push new ideas into the market
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot and applying AI within modern marketing workflows
