Hiring a Senior Marketing Communications Manager for a growing FinTech firm that provides financing solutions to freelancers and SMEs around the world.

Responsibilities

• Develop 360 marketing and communication strategies to expand digital footprint and brand awareness in SEA
• Lead the marketing team (content, trade, performance, and design) to drive key initiatives across digital, social, website content, and creative.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide optimization opportunities and insights
• Evaluate and report on trends, opportunities, and insights to uncover marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with various stakeholders especially product teams to identify marketing needs for the region through campaigns and content.
• Work closely with senior management team to set brand directions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing and communications experiences preferable in the finance / fintech space.
• Experience in delivering full marketing spectrum (ATL and BTL)
• Experienced with content strategy and creation (in news, tech, finance preferred).
• Team Management experience
• Good knowledge of digital channels and metrics: web traffic, analytics, and content optimization
