They are looking expand their team in Singapore by hiring a Senior Copywriter or Associate Creative Director to build and deliver the agency's creative product for their various clients.

The Role:

• Provide mentorship and guidance to direct the function of the creative team
• Ensure a high-quality standard of creative and production
• Help clients achieve their business objectives through effective strategic communication solutions
• Write and present campaign proposals and their rationales
• Lead the simultaneous process of marketing, concept, design, interactive, web, video, motion graphics, and post-production execution
• Manage team performance, including selecting personnel for activities
• Manage the agency's evolving technology requirements, marketing technologies, and digital marketing competencies
• Pitch creative concepts and build lasting relationships with clients
