Are you an experienced conference producer with cybersecurity expertise and a black book of CISCO contacts for potential speakers and sponsors? Do you enjoy creating executive-level events, developing engaging content, and shaping agendas that senior technology and cybersecurity professionals value?

We're looking for a Senior Conference Producer to manage the end-to-end delivery of a global portfolio of B2B cybersecurity and technology events. You'll be responsible for agenda design, speaker engagement, and content development, working closely with marketing, sponsorship, and operations teams to deliver events that make an impact.

What You'll Do ✅

• Plan and manage the full production of high-profile executive events.

• Recruit and support speakers, leveraging cyber experience and CISCO contacts to secure high-quality talent.

• Curate agendas that reflect emerging cybersecurity trends and delegate priorities.

• Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams to align content with business and partner goals.

• Oversee speaker communication and provide guidance to ensure smooth delivery.

• Maintain high standards of event quality and attendee experience.

About You 🎯

• 5+ years' experience in conference production or executive event delivery.

• Experienced in cybersecurity and Cyber events.

• Extensive CISCO contacts for speakers and sponsors.

• Skilled in agenda creation and speaker recruitment.

• Strong project management and organisational skills.

• Comfortable engaging with senior professionals, including C-suite executives.

• Solutions-focused, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
