Our client is a renowned agency in 90 markets around the world, specialising in communications, commerce, consultancy, data, and technology. They are looking for a new Senior Account Manager to nurture client relationships and grow existing accounts.

If you are a team leader looking to manage large-scale global accounts, this role might be for you!

The Role

  • Transform clients' vision into business requirements, managing their expectation while working with different project teams

  • Grow business and accounts across 6 vertical markets by building relationships

  • Drive revenue by understanding client requirements and actively seeking new opportunities

  • Anticipate potential client issues and advise management accordingly

Your Experience

  • At least 5 years' experience locally and internationally in digital marketing communications

  • Experienced in fast-paced team management across strategy, CX, UX/UI, technology, and data

  • Digital creative agency experience is preferred, with proven results in B2B and B2C account development

  • Excellent grasp of Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Omniture

  • Quick learner and self-starter

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident and persuasive presenter
