Key responsibilities:

  • Manage lead generation and development to include sourcing, qualifying and nurturing marketing leads from top to bottom of the sales funnel
  • Develop and establish a deep understanding of the organisation's customers, offering and value proposition
  • Review and manage the quality of database; work closely with Marketing to build data through various channels
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospect and schedule discovery calls for Sales representatives to further assess a prospects potential for partnership
  • Employ multiple prospecting techniques to conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through cold calls, emails and social media
  • Work closely with Marketing to design and deliver account-based marketing programs, developing marketing content that addresses prospects pain points
  • Collaborate with Sales teams of inter-company product brands to explore new business and cross-selling opportunities
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Sales-force; monitor and report on campaign engagement with granular tracking across relevant sales and marketing KPIs
  • Proactively contribute to idea generation, campaign efforts, and strategies for continuously improving demand generation, including uncovering common customer pain points that can be resolved via new content
  • The role will cover the following markets (Primary: Southeast Asia and China | Secondary: Korea, Japan and India)

Skills, Experience and Qualifications you will have:

  • Excellent telephone, writing and listening skills
  • Fluency in English (writing and conversational)
  • Fluency in Chinese to liaise with prospects and customers in the China market
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and excel within the organization
  • The desire and fire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Ability to ask probing questions and translate them
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • Preferably 2 years of sales experience
  • Knowledge of the eCommerce space is a plus and FMCG experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach and other prospecting tools; experience in paid media and social media prospecting is a plus
