Regional Activation Lead.

We are working with a Global Media Company, to fulfil an exciting 5 month Contract Role in Hong Kong! For this search, we are looking for an experienced Activation Lead to step in and deliver excellence to clients.

The Partnership Activation Lead will be responsible for driving integrated client campaigns, ownership of the client relationship and fostering collaborative and supportive relationships.

Not only will you be delivering a next level service to clients, but you'll be ensuring overall client satisfaction ranging from campaign execution, performance, and client communication.

As Regional Partnership Activation Lead, you will ensure campaigns are flawlessly managed to meet client's strategic goals and performance metrics, and in turn contribute to overall revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:-

• Provide senior level leadership for programmes, acting as primary day-to-day contact for client and internal teams
• Manage programme teams to ensure correct processes and communications are in place and campaign strategy is on point
• Define and manage client communications
• Act as a senior trusted adviser to clients
• Provide senior level client consultancy regarding marketing objectives
• Define and communicate roles and responsibilities for each campaign
• Create communication and project delivery timelines
• Drive the team to deliver client satisfaction and campaign performance
• Effectively brief and manage creative team projects

Your experience should include:

• Experience managing a team
• Experience managing clients and creative content projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Strategic marketing communications understanding
• Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills
• Experience in delivering projects on time and within budget
• A deep understanding of mutual goals and individual issues
• Tenacity and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
