Marketing Communications Manager
Based in Singapore

Headhunting for a Marketing Manager to provide financing solutions to freelancers and SMEs around the world.

Looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies with the aim to increase brand awareness and growing our user base in the Southeast Asian region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective marketing and brand communication planning and ultimately expand their digital footprint and brand awareness in the Southeast Asia region across different target audiences.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and provide reporting on optimization opportunities and learnings that can be scaled across all regions.
  • Evaluate and report on trends, opportunities and learnings to uncover marketing opportunities.
  • Lead the content marketing team and drive key initiatives to position themselves in the digital space including social media platforms and website content.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders especially product teams to identify common marketing needs for the region through campaigns and content.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to set brand directions.
  • Innovate new ways to increase brand awareness and keep up to date on modern marketing trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing and communications experiences preferrable in the finance / fintech space.
  • Content creation and/or editorial experience (in news, tech, finance preferred).
  • Experienced owning and executing a content strategy and track results over time.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with ability to lead projects independently.
  • Fundamental understanding of web traffic metrics, analytics and content optimization.
