Looking for an entrepreneurial leader to drive growth in one of Southeast Asia's most exciting markets - the Philippines. Hiring for a start-up Ad platform with a booming digital economy, passionate gaming community, and influencer-led culture, this market is full of opportunity for innovation and scale.
As Head of Sales, you'll lead revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and lay the groundwork for long-term success. This role blends commercial leadership with hands-on business development and client engagement.
What You'll Do
Drive Growth
  • Own the sales strategy and revenue targets for the Philippines.
  • Build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities across agencies and brands.
  • Lead high-value negotiations to embed our solutions into clients' digital and performance strategies.
Build Partnerships
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across major agency groups and leading local advertisers.
  • Partner with brands active in gaming, video, and influencer marketing.
  • Tailor commercial strategies to align with local agency models and client objectives.
Develop the Market
  • Position the company as the go-to partner for attention-first, next-gen media solutions.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and thought leadership forums.
  • Share market intelligence to shape strategy and influence product development.
Lay the Foundation for Scale
  • Establish strong processes, best practices, and commercial frameworks to enable growth.
  • Collaborate with regional operations, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build the case for expanding the local team as revenue milestones are achieved.
What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years in digital media, adtech, or programmatic sales with a proven record of success.
  • Strong network across the Philippines' media and advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through agency and brand partnerships.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in CRM management and forecasting.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
