Partnerships & Sales Executive - Deep Tech Sector
Location: Berlin (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in office)
Salary: €50,000-€70,000 base + uncapped commission (approx. 70/30 split)
Our client is a fast-growing, well-funded business operating at the heart of the Deep Tech ecosystem, connecting startups, investors, and enterprise clients across Europe. Focused on accelerating innovation in machine learning, infrastructure, backend systems, and advanced technology, the company provides a platform of software-driven solutions and events that empower the next generation of deep tech leaders.
Backed by prominent investors, the organisation is in a period of rapid expansion and aims to double in size over the next year. This is an exciting opportunity to join early, make a real impact, and grow quickly as part of the commercial team.
We're looking for a motivated Partnerships & Sales Executive to help drive new business, expand existing relationships, and build long-term partnerships across the deep tech space. You'll be selling a suite of software and event-based solutions to medium and large businesses, investors, and strategic partners.
You'll report directly to the Sales Director and work closely with leadership to shape and scale partnership growth across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and engage new partnership opportunities within the deep tech and investment ecosystem
Manage the full sales process from outreach to negotiation and onboarding
Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, startups, and corporate clients
Expand and retain existing partnerships through consistent engagement and strategic account growth
Represent the business at industry events and conferences to strengthen network presence
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with business goals
1-3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (preferably in tech or related sectors)
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage partner relationships
Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
Strong interest in deep tech, machine learning, and emerging technologies
Entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience and drive to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment
Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
