We are partnered with a fantastic gaming company, with a blue-chip client base, that are looking for a Head of E-commerce across SE Asia. The position can be based in Bangkok or Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to develop strategies to grow their e-commerce offering, along with collaborating with top tier brands on developing products to be sold on various e-commerce platforms.

The Role of Head of E-commerce (SG or BKK)

  • Leading the E-commerce teams across SE Asia
  • Managing e-commerce and analytics professionals
  • Establishing and driving the E-Commerce strategies to best ensure growth
  • Overseeing the data and metrics of performance across stores and sales and tweaking strategies to improve growth
  • Overseeing team's relationships with third party retailers
  • Leading the CRM strategy on delivering the best experience to customers
  • Overseeing the customer data management and marketing related activities in relation to this
  • Driving customer acquisition projects and ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and updates and keep in communication with clients

Requirements as Head of Ecommerce (SG or BKK)

  • Proven e-commerce and digital marketing experience, preferably within gaming, entertainment, FMCG or e-commerce/retail
  • Evidence of collaborating with brands on developing ideas for new products to sell on e-commerce platforms or the ability to be creative and drive this
  • Good grasp of all digital channels
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Experience in SEO, performance and content marketing
  • Data analytics experience
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written), able to present confidently, another Asian language would be beneficial as there are clients based around the region
  • Motivated, target driven with strong analytical skills
