Job Scope:
- Identifying clients' objectives and communicating with clients to explain marketing strategies, future campaigns plans, and any latest developments
- Addressing clients' concerns in a thoughtful & timely manner to build a long-term relationship
- Collaborate with internal team to develop digital strategies and ensure quality work is delivered across SEO, SEM & SMM projects
- Analysing key metrics & prepare weekly/monthly and final project reports for all campaigns
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in Account Management for Digital Marketing campaigns
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns.
- Knowledge in SEO, SEM & Social Media, with demonstrable case study of past accounts
- Communication and Presentation skills with clear articulation and structured thinking
