Strategy Lead

Hiring a Strategy Lead for a global leading media agency! This is a senior role where you will drive brand strategy for the client/agency and be the point of contact for client business units, aligning strategy with global clients and teams.

You should be able to contribute to brand strategy, build strong client relationships and can play an active "hands-on" role in the deployment of strategic (corporate, annual, and campaign level) plans.

Your responsibilties:

• Good knowledge in Media Research resources, capabilities, and limitations
• Lead thinking to inspire innovative solutions and proactive approach across brands/categories
• Ability to think beyond "media" in the Integrated MarComms process
• Develop digital paid media audience strategy, touch points, content consumption behaviour to inform media and creative teams on overall media approach for markets across APAC/Global
• Ensure delivery of sound strategic plan recommendations based on clear logic and insights
• Drive product development by working closely with operations, planning, analytics, and other teams, and agency partners
• Use data and research to identify marketing opportunities and paid media budget prioritization across markets and platforms for B2B and B2C segments.
• Establish measurement framework that reflects business results and boost media planning and creative.
• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of client businesses with a focus on upstream initiatives

You Have:

• 8+ years of Traditional and Digital Media Planning, Buying, and Management and/or media strategy experience
• Demonstrated business acumen and proven success in the media services profession
• Strategic thinker, seeing the bigger picture, when solving problems to come up with unconventional solutions
• Able to build great relationships with clients, vendors, and reps
• Good presentataion skills
