SEO Manager
Based in Singapore
As a Senior Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing organic search campaign development, project management, and performance analysis and reporting. You will use your hands-on technical SEO knowledge, client communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and time management skills as you work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Key responsibilities:
- Coach and develop junior staff, supervising their projects and day-to-day activities.
- Work directly with your clients in the planning and implementation of search engine optimization strategies that drive results for clients.
- Communicate with your clients on matters of status, timeline, deliverables, performance reporting, competitive intelligence analysis, and other follow-up items.
- Extract insight from various data sources, identify relevant trends, and provide well-developed recommendations to enhance and exceed the client's overall search marketing goals and objectives.
- Provide accurate and clear communication to clients via email, phone,and presentations in meetings.
- Work with the Experience Director to research and develop new strategies and provide support in developing other verticals, such as content, CRO and e-commerce.
- Support the Experience Director on new business pitches when required.
Qualifications:
- Achieves proven success through others via effective leadership, delegation, teaching, stretching and coaching.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exhibits advanced problem-solving skills for websites and technical SEO implementation experience, including on-page SEO factors and site architecture improvements,in addition to knowledge of content management systems.
- Offers in-depth knowledge of various website analytics platforms and visualisation tools (e.g. Google Data Studio) to analyse and report performance.
- Good to have: Understanding of CRO tools (Google Optimize/Adobe Target) and marketplaces (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada)
