We are recruiting for an experienced Business Director based in Indonesia for our client, a global award winning agency.

As a Business Director, you will drive the business continued growth and expansion through the development of relationships with new prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation and execution of new business plans
  • Achieving of annual sales targets
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Partner with potential clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the company offering through proposals and presentations.
  • On-going development and implementation of the most efficient financial systems (cost standardisation, margins etc) and reporting with the finance team.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience with a strong background in digital media sales and account management.
  • Knowledge of digital media, advertising and programmatic media and product & data offerings.
  • Existing relationships within Indonesia media agency groups and clients.
  • A proven sales track record.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
