Our client is a major agency with a strong presence internationally. Headquartered in London, they pride themselves for their solutions and services that help their clients win, keep, and grow their customer base.

They are looking for their next Senior Performance Manager to take charge of performance channels such as Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display. You will accomplish customer goals by developing paid media campaigns across all pertinent biddable media channels and platforms.

The Role:

• Lead the team of activation executives, ensuring end-to-end campaign delivery and reporting
• Understand client business and objectives, along with target audiences' behaviour and perceptions
• Familiarise yourself with various digital media channels, utilising them for client marketing activities
• Contribute to the development of new products to improve digital performance results
• Ensure that regular optimisation of all campaign elements is performed based on client KPIs
• Develop effective business relationships with media partners and clients

Your Experience:

• At least 4 years of Performance Marketing experience
• Good grasp of Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Display
• Proven track record of successful large-scale campaigns
• Strong Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
• Excellent client-facing skills, able to build long-lasting business relationships

Your Profile:

• Analytical self-starter who operates with a 'hands-on' approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident in presenting data enthusiastically and interacting with clients
